In November 2019, our Director was the winner of the University of Westminster’s Social Impact Award, which recognised her phenomenal hard work, sacrifice and personal achievements, whilst serving the parish of St. Thomas over the past 6 years. Shortlisted from over 300 applicants for the Westminster Alumni Awards in 2019, the selection panels assessed them all to pick just three finalists in each category. Each category was put to a public vote, and Alicia Louise was the winner for her category!

In March 2018, a member of our board was one of the winners of The Bank of England Court Award. Court Awards recognise the exceptional commitment of staff to charitable activities, and the charity received £1,250 which we were able to use to renovate our safe haven!
